Sumire Hara (Japanese: 原 寿美鈴 Hara Sumire) is a major protagonist of the anime and manga series Assassination Classroom. She is a student of Kunugigaoka Junior High's Class 3-E tasked with killing Korosensei. She is childhood friends with her classmate Taisei Yoshida, though holds a rivalry with his friend Ryōma Terasaka. She is voiced by Miho Hino in the original Japanese anime and Michelle Lee in the Funimation English dub.

Hara has a large build, which makes her stand out among her peers. She has small black eyes and has long black hair usually tied into a ponytail.
Personality[]
Hara is very passive, and rarely plans assassination attempts for herself. Hara is considered motherly, as she is very kind to her peers and quoted to be a good cook; rivalling Takuya Muramatsu for the title of best cook in the class. While very passive and rarely angry, Hara will snap on those who insult her, specifically her larger frame.
