Alien Nine: Alien Party Mission is a shooter game based on the anime "Alien Nine" developed by Azumanga Interactive and Midway, and published by Bandai Namco Games for the Bandai CD Revolution.

Story[]

The Alien Party notices so many aliens are crashing on campus, and it's up to Yuri Otani, Kumi Kawamura, and Kasumi Tomine to capture the aliens. At the end of the game, the girls graduate from their school for completing their mission in the Alien Party.

Gameplay[]

The goal of the game is to capture the number of aliens in each stage, when you capture all of them, you've completed the stage. And you go against a boss who has an energy bar, defeating a boss will earn you a medal.

You can play as Yuri Otani, Kumi Kawamura, or Kasumi Tomine up to 1-3 players. They all play the same, but are different on speed, with Yuri being the slowest, Kumi being the fastest, and Kasumi running at a normal speed. You have a gun that stuns an alien once it's shot, and a net to use for to capture the alien. In boss battles, you only use the gun to drain its energy bar.

Trivia[]

  • The game's music was inspired by the score from "Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero" sounding very similar.
